Shipping Policy

Summary: We ship to all of Italy, the EU, Switzerland, and worldwide on request. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, with delivery in about 2–5 business days in Italy, 5–7 days in Europe, and 10–15 days worldwide. Shipping costs start from €6.90 with free shipping from €59.00 in Italy and €99.00 in Europe. You receive a tracking link by email, and we work with GLS, BRT, and DHL. For damaged, lost, or delayed parcels, you can contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

  • Italy: all regions, including islands
  • Europe: European Union and Switzerland
  • Rest of the world: upon request

Note: For non-EU shipments, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipment Tracking

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that:

  • The address is complete and correct
  • Someone is available to receive the package
  • The doorbell/intercom is working

If no one is available, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery or deposit the package at a pickup point.
