🍃 Aromatic Profile

The profile is herbaceous and balsamic, with an entry of clean and decisive juniper that opens the way to a play of Mediterranean botanicals.

Olive leaves and rosemary evoke sun-drenched landscapes, while thyme, sage, and basil build an elegant and persistent aromatic structure.

The freshness of peppermint lightens the sip, with spicy and slightly citrusy notes of coriander and cardamom.

Trinidad chili pepper is dosed with precision: it doesn't dominate, but warms the finish. Angelica and Maltese cumin close with depth and complexity.

🏭 Production

  • 100% Italian grain alcohol
  • Carefully selected Umbrian and Tuscan juniper
